This policy constitutes our overall refunds policy and is subject to adjustment upon which we will notify you our customers to allow your inspection of any said updates.
Refunds for faulty or damaged goods
If in the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please fill in our returns form here:
upon receiving this request we will contact you in 24 hours to arrange the return, once we receive this return we will inspect the item and if we find that your are correct in your description of the fault or damage we will then process your refund in 24 hours.
We will keep you updated in every aspect of this process and inform you by email when your refund will be sent to you.
Refunds for Gift baskets
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your gift basket for any reason we will process your refund request as above and will contact you to arrange the refund.
Refunds for non fitting items
It is your responsibility to ensure the items you order are the correct size, if for any reason you order a size and it does not fit we will email you to ask further information to aid in the return process.
Refund of items shipped from China
Most of our products ship from china and as such can take longer to arrive when returned this process will be as above but will take between 12-30 days to complete as the items have to be returned to the supplier.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay all return shipping and we will notify you of any costs incurred before you arrange your return by email.
